He is the owner of Amalfi Estates, which he founded 32 years ago. He helped 600 families buy, sell, or lease in the Palisades. An internationally recognized philanthropist and expert in real estate, Marguleas lives(d) in Pacific Palisades with his wife, Sue, and their four children. He 100% plans on rebuilding.
Marguleas has always believed in giving back to his community as a family man and community leader, so he created his life-changing give-back program seven years ago. With every home sale, Amalfi Estates gives 10% of its net commission to one of six charities, helping 107,000 families and pets over the past 8 years.

Lou works extensively with residents, businesses, and government officials. Current and Past Board Member of the PPCC(Community Council), PPRA(Residents Association), 4th of July Parade and Pali YMCA. 21 year resident
Ben Perlman
Ben Perlman leads strategy for Ocean State Job Lot (OSJL), a family-owned closeout retailer with 160 stores across ten states and approximately $900 million in revenue. He also advises family offices on venture, technology, and real estate investments. For the past decade, Perlman has championed water innovation through his company, Water from Innovation (WFI Group), investing in Israeli technologies for treatment and reuse to enhance sustainability and public health. Perlman is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business.
